The Accountability Claims Initiative is a private education and claimant-support project created for Americans who believe they may have been harmed by politically motivated government action, selective prosecution, regulatory overreach, or viewpoint-based targeting.
The purpose of the Initiative is not to inflame anger or promise outcomes. It is to help people prepare responsibly. That means understanding potential claim pathways, preserving documentation, learning what evidence may matter, and getting access to attorney-reviewed educational guidance as more information becomes available.
We believe government must be accountable to the people. No citizen should be punished because of lawful speech, association, religious belief, political participation, or viewpoint. When people believe they have been treated unfairly, they deserve clear information, a structured process, and the ability to make informed decisions.
