FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this an official government claims website?
No. The Accountability Claims Initiative is not a government agency, official claims administrator, court, law firm, or settlement administrator. It provides educational resources and claimant-support information.
Does using this site mean I have a valid claim?
No. Using this site, joining the portal, or downloading the whitepaper does not mean you are eligible for compensation or legal relief. Eligibility depends on official rules, deadlines, facts, documentation, and legal review.
Is this legal advice?
No. The information provided is educational in nature. You should consult a qualified attorney for legal advice about your specific situation.
Will an attorney review my claim?
The site may provide attorney-reviewed educational guidance. Individual legal review, if offered, will be clearly described separately. No attorney-client relationship is created unless a written legal engagement agreement is signed with a licensed attorney.
What kind of information should I gather?
Start with court records, agency letters, notices, financial records, legal bills, emails, timelines, contracts, employment records, audit notices, and other documents that show what happened, when it happened, who was involved, and what harm resulted.
What if I only feel like I was targeted but do not have documents?
Your experience may still be worth organizing, but claims usually require evidence. The portal and whitepaper are designed to help you identify what records may exist and what documentation may be useful.
Are results guaranteed?
No. No outcome, payment, review, or acceptance can be guaranteed.
When will claim filing information be available?
Claim filing information will be updated as official rules, deadlines, forms, or procedures become available. Portal members and whitepaper purchasers may receive updates as new information is released.
Can I submit my story?
Yes, the site may offer an intake form or preliminary questionnaire. Submission of information does not create legal representation or guarantee that your matter will be reviewed.
Why should I prepare now?
Claim windows can be short, documentation can be difficult to recover, and details fade over time. Preparing a timeline and preserving records now may make it easier to evaluate potential options later.
How much does the portal cost?
Portal access is $9.99 per month and provides access to claimant preparation resources, updates, checklists, FAQs, and educational guidance.
When will the whitepaper be complete?
The Preparation Guide is being written alongside the release of official claim procedures and eligibility rules. Pre-order purchasers reserve their copy now, receive the current preparation framework immediately, and receive every future version of the guide as it's released — at no additional cost. We don't promise a specific completion date because we won't publish guidance ahead of the rules it depends on.
How much does the whitepaper cost?
The Claim Filing Whitepaper is a one-time purchase. During the pre-order period the price is $19.99; when the full guide is released the price will return to $24.99. Pre-order purchasers do not pay the difference.
How are payments processed?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. The Accountability Claims Initiative does not directly store credit-card numbers.
