Update

Welcome to the Accountability Claims Initiative

May 19, 2026 · The Initiative Team

The Accountability Claims Initiative was created for Americans who believe they were unfairly targeted, investigated, prosecuted, audited, penalized, or financially harmed because of their lawful beliefs, speech, associations, or political participation. This first update sets expectations for what the portal and the whitepaper will and will not provide.

What this resource is

A private educational project. It exists to help potential claimants prepare responsibly — not to inflame anger, not to promise outcomes, and not to substitute for legal advice.

What you will find here:

  • Plain-language explanations of how claim processes generally work.
  • Practical checklists for organizing records, timelines, and evidence.
  • Attorney-reviewed educational guidance as claim details become available.
  • Honest discussion of what kinds of evidence tend to matter, and what tends not to.

What this resource is not

  • We are not a government agency, court, or official claims administrator.
  • We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal representation.
  • We cannot determine your eligibility for any current or future relief program.
  • We will not promise compensation, payouts, or guaranteed outcomes.

If you see anyone making those promises, walk away.

How to use the next few weeks

Whether you eventually join the portal, buy the whitepaper, or do neither, the most useful thing you can do right now is the same thing: start organizing.

  1. Build a timeline. Dates, agencies, names, case numbers, decisions.
  2. Preserve documents. Court records, agency letters, audit notices, emails, financial records.
  3. Separate facts from opinions. Both matter, but they live in different parts of a strong claim.
  4. Talk to qualified counsel before submitting anything formal.

Information beats outrage, every time.

What's next

We'll post updates here as official rules, deadlines, or filing procedures are released. Portal members and whitepaper purchasers will receive structured guidance as more information becomes available. Sign up for the email list if you'd like to be notified.
